Very Nice 2 Bedroom apartment available to a suitable roommate for MINIMUM 6 month lease. I am a 23 year old male looking for a roommate with similar interests. I am a veteran of the army currently going to school using the gi bill, so my rent is guaranteed to be payed by the government. Water and heat is included we only have to pay rent which is about 440 a month, 25 a month per person for internet, and electric which is estimated at 60 bucks a month per person. I expect you to have good credit to ensure I wont have to cover down on your side of the rent. I am currently a musician in search of other possible band mates in a rock band if that interests you. If you are not that is okay too, fear not for I am extremely easy to get along with and very respectful of others when they are in need of quiet time. All I require is good communication. I keep a very clean apartment and LOVE to entertain for guests and have little get togethers. So the apartment is pretty well furnished including a large tv surround sound dining room table and cleaning equipment and supplies. For you to move in you would only require a bed and whatever you want for your bedroom. On the same note feel free to bring any furniture that will fit for the living room. Location is directly across from the MCC Campus and relatively close to RIT and U of R. I will be living here for the next 2 years so long term roommates are preferred.

Fees paid by renter: 25 credit app, 25 a month for internet, electric
