What the Owner says: After driving through Wouldham village we absolutely fell in love. There's rolling countryside, fantastic walks and a great sense of community spirit. Having a good local school was also important, so it really did tick all of the boxes. Walking into the lounge the room has a great first impression with a working fire too. Then, realising that there was also a huge kitchen/ dining room in addition to a utility room and toilet downstairs was a real bonus. The home is certainly well equipped as the large walk in wardrobes in bedroom one and en suite bathroom were the cherry on the cake. Parking is easy here too as there is allocated bays to the rear of the home. The garden is big enough to enjoy in the summer but very easy to maintain too. Plenty of improvements are being made to the village recently, most noticeable the bridge that now connects Halling. This now means you can get onto either the M2 or M20 in no time at all. We've done plenty of improvements since being here so any buyer really has the chance to simply move their furniture in. We are now moving to something bigger in the local area.
