Facilities Project Manager - Mainly days POSITION SUMMARY: (1-2 sentences describing why this position exists) Construction Management of facilities renovations, alterations, additions, and new construction projects including corporate real estate holdings. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES: (List the major duties of the job in order of importance) Manage day to day construction operations for new and existing projects to develop and maintain construction schedules and cost control;Coordinate with LiDestri team members, design professionals, and select contractors to develop construction documents from concept through construction set to insure constructability and project budget;Coordinate with municipal code enforcement entity to ensure project compliance will all applicable jurisdictional requirements;Support property management operations, interact with tenants as required for leasehold improvements;Report food safety & quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action. REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 5 years commercial/industrial construction management;Bachelor of Engineering/Science degree or equivalent experience;All local/state/federal and municipal Building codes and guidelines for compliance;Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines regarding safety practices;Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word;Versed in construction contract document development;
