Be in charge of the overall QCD of allassigned product/ and programs.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
:Contribute to the roadmap of theSystem/Product
:Propose System/Product specifications aligned with Solutions needs and requirements in coordination with other Program Managers as needed.
:Manage, control and execute all development programs (performance. planning/delivery , cost, risks, savings) and in compliance with approved QCD commitments
:Manage all program gate reviews and manage program work packages to meet QCD commitments
:Ensure that the System/Product is easily deployable by Projects and supported by a comprehensive and efficient set of standard tools, procedures, training material and documentation (deployment kit)
:Optimize and measure System/Product performances
:Drive and make decision for issues that affect performance along with validation from Solution Director for any modification that affects deployment cost, plannning, and performances of the System/Product
:Be responsible for R and D programs. Prepare and present program reviews during Development center reviews
:Project /program work package owner
Educational Requirements
:BSc or MSc in Engineering
:5+ years of experience in engineering and product development
:Development of product specifications and cost analysis
:Leading a multi:disciplinary engineering team
:Experience in railroad / transit signalling market (preferable)
:Excellent verbal and written communication
:Excellent organizational and configuration management
:Strong understanding of product design concepts
:Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Access)
