consulting/administrative firm specializing in insured benefits, self:funded benefits, health care, HSAs, HRAs, retirement plans, Health and Welfare Trust administration, Section 125 administration, and HR support. The company enjoys serving well:defined niche markets with a widely:recognized expertise in prevailing wage bona fide benefit plans. GMRs focus is on the continued improvement of existing products, services and expertise, and the expansion of those offerings to new and expanded markets.



Sales Approach : expert in all phases of developing a client: consultative (problem solving), including the ability to create solutions (strategically develop accounts) and execute them with excellent closing skills; strategically develop accounts in partnership with the sales manager
Proven experience building a book of business; demonstrated ability to build long:term client relationships.
Prospecting expertise : motivated to prospect: cold calling, email campaigns, networking and, identifying and maintaining relationships with centers of influence
Selling Expertise: 5+ years selling and closing new accounts; ability to develop other opportunities in current accounts
Successful completion of field/sales training
Utilize marketing data and sales metrics to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness
Travel required: GMR prospects and services clients statewide, so travel is frequent and ongoing.

Customer Service

Excellent follow:up skills for after:the:sale service, including surfacing additional sales opportunities with existing customers
Strong focus on customer service to support existing client base to deliver an exceptional level of service


Use marketing expertise to create new business opportunities
Provide input, ideas, and creative solutions to the sales team
Experience working with a marketing outsource

Self:directed learner in GMRs industry, related industries, and sales : including the application of this knowledge to GMR clients and prospects; demonstrated use of a sales manager and other team members to collaborate and as resources
Active participation and contributions in training sessions, weekly sales meetings, skill building and professional development classes
Exceptional verbal and written communication for use with customers, vendors and at GMR
Excellent telephone sales personality
Ability to create professional demonstrations and presentations of company products and/or services
Ability to present to clients (especially owners), prospects and appropriate groups (including association groups) in a professional and compelling manner
Strong computer proficiency, including: MS Word, PowerPoint, EXCEL, CRM database and Outlook
