:Responsible for all Systems Engineering and Systems Integration activities for ATC, ATO, ATP, IXL and CBTC solutions
:Lead a multi:disciplinary Integrated Product Development Team, as defined in the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) Systems Engineering Handbook.
:Ensure coherence of multi:disciplinary requirements, design, implementation, documentation, integration, Verification and Validation (V and V) throughout the System lifecycleAnalyzed Cost of Non:Quality (CONQ) and provided lessons learn to other projects, platforms and functional areas
:Ensured application of standardized projects documentation per Alstom Design process (AD and DA)
:Organize the Project Change Control Boards (CCB) in order to ensure that the System could be implemented in an optimized way
:Responsible for overseeing the train control display prototyping and development and developing an in:depth knowledge of the signal systems
:Responsible for overall system and subsystem architectures and ensure coherence of multi:disciplinary, design, implementation, documentation, integration and V and V throughout the project lifecycle
:Responsible for all systems integration activities, which integrates software components into subsystems and subsystem into entire systems
:Responsible for defining the system architecture, capturing specification requirements, specifying and validating the all subsystems design
:Support coordination all technical tendering activities to create a competitive solution, including technical design, system performance and cost elements
:Licensed Professional Engineer with proven experience in stamping and hand sign of Design Calculations (such as power sizing, power distribution), Drawings, Test Reports and other design documentation
Required Education and Skills:
:B.S. Electrical Engineering
:10:15 years proven expereince in Signaling projects using ATC, IXL, or CBTC Solutions
Preferred Education and/or Expeience:
:License of Professional Engineer in Ontario, Canada
