Job Description ProNexus , LLC is looking for a motivated, goal driven Business Development / Lead Generation Specialist to join our team! Job Description: Focus will be on finding qualifying leads and cold calling prospective clients to schedule first time meetings. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel Record all information accurately in CRM database (Bullhorn) Follow all company procedures regarding the follow-up process with potential clients Maintain positive relationships with potential and current clients Be able to articulate the benefits and differentiators of ProNexus to potential clients both verbally and in written communication Be able to meet weekly call goals Serve as a resource to the Client Service Team Requirements: 1 years of experience in an inside sales/lead gen role Prior proven success within an inside sales/lead gen role College degree preferred Excellent client service skills Effective communicator Excellent written and verbal communication skills Thrive in a competitive environment Comfortable meeting goals & deadlines v *Base Salary plus commission plus bonus opportunities Company Description ProNexus is a professional services firm that delivers business solutions and consulting services to help companies manage and execute on their finance, accounting, and IT projects and initiatives.
