The IM Global Business Operations team is seeking an experienced individual to support the USC sales process. We are looking for a talented and dynamic Deal Registration Analyst who thrives in a fast:paced sales environment and has experience interacting with sales teams and customers to help drive business. This position will play a key role in qualifying channel driven opportunities, managing the Deal Registration process, and communicating with customers and channel partners. The Deal Registration Analyst understands channel dynamics, pricing strategies, and sales coverage models to support US and C business strategy and growth through the enablement of new customer opportunities.
Facilitate the Reseller Deal Registration process with quality and speed to drive partner and end:user satisfaction.
Develop an understanding of customer needs and requirements, as well as the Kodak Alaris product portfolio in order to be conduct the customer validation process.
Interface directly with customers to validate deal opportunities.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside sales managers for further development and closure.
Utilize analytical skills to interpret data from multiple sources to make pricing decisions that align with our channel strategy in the US and C.
Continue to develop and improve processes to efficiently apply criteria with regional leadership to determine Deal Registration assignment to different sales teams.
Perform detailed research of account profiles, history, and opportunity approval and assignment
Develop and produce a regular KPI Dashboard that reports on the effectiveness and size of the Deal Registration process and how it adds value to the sales process.
Assist in the implementation, testing, and roll out of new deal registration process as we migrate to a new PRM tool.
Manage updates to the online system with vendor.
Provide access and training on both the website and DR process to new sales team members coming on board.
Understand of regional pricing strategies to ensure pricing is executed in ideal manner for each customer opportunity.
Ensure proper approvals are received for opportunity discounts working with Finance and Business Planning leads.
Apply understanding of channel segmentation and profiles (such a National Distributors, DMRs, Boutique VADs, Traditional resellers)
Internal: Sales Operations, Marketing, Inside and Outside Sales Representatives, Sales Management, Finance, CRM Manager
External: customers, channel partners, vendors

Educated to BA degree level or equivalent (business administration, economics or finance preferred)
3 years experience in finance, deal registration, inside sales, marketing, or sales operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to prioritize activities and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
Experience communicating externally with customers and channel partners
Ability to make independent decisions
