John G. Ullman and Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Branding and Marketing Manager to join our Firm. This is an essential position in our company, and will play a significant role in supporting the companys strategic plans to grow and expand the business.

Working from the Corning Office, the Branding Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading implementation of the Firms Marketing Communications initiatives, as articulated by the annual Strategy, with the goal of driving a steady stream of compelling tools that result in increased brand awareness, new client acquisition, and growth for John G. Ullman Associates, Inc. (JGUA).
Collaborating with the external Agency, internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), appropriate staff functions, and the Executive Management Team, this position ensures a coordinated approach across all Marketing tools. The ideal candidate is a passionate, experienced Communications professional with outstanding functional and collaboration skills.

The Role:
The Branding and Marketing Manager will:
Brand Management:
:Update key messages (per brand brief) regularly to reflect changing business needs
:Maintain brand standards, ensuring consistent application across tools
:Develop and maintain a library of photographs and visual images
Content Development/ Management:
:Develop annual Content (Editorial) Calendar that ensures ability to inventory, curate, and manage content consistently across all platforms.
:Develop content appropriate across all platforms (per Content Calendar) for cohesive, coordinated messaging
Social Media:

:Create and manage day:to: day social media properties, including monitoring comments and directing them through appropriate channels for follow:up if necessary
:Partner with Agency, SMEs, internal team members, and senior leadership to create, coordinate and maintain editorial calendar of content to be shared via social properties
:Assist in evaluating, planning, organizing and contributing social media content
:Engage in the social community by following, commenting in the JGUA voice and liking other industry: relevant posts
:Experiment with new ways of leveraging social properties to build followers and convert them to leads
:With JGUAs digital partner, analyze and interpret data to continually evolve social media communications
:Serve as primary Admin for JGUA website
:Create, refresh, and manage web content per Content Calendar
:Experiment with new ways of leveraging the site to build a strong digital community and convert users to leads
:With JGUAs digital partner, analyze and interpret data to continually evolve web effectiveness
Other Communications Initiatives
Work in collaboration with the Executive Management Team and members of Client Services to organize and coordinate marketing events
Work in collaboration with the Executive Management Team and members of Client Services to develop content for news / announcements to be made by the Firm; pitch and place proactive media stories and manage incoming press inquiries
Project Management and Performance Tracking

:Coordinate and collaborate across internal and external Communications team members and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, efficient scheduling, and ongoing updates on key initiatives
:Monitor, update and maintain content output and collateral materials to ensure they are current and readily available to support current and future marketing initiatives
:Monitor the Firms performance through digital media; conduct research as necessary
