MediSked, LLC is a Rochester based SaaS company providing electronic record solutions to the human services space. We are looking for energetic, smart, and creative people to join our sales organization. Looking for experienced business development professionals to help drive revenue, market share growth and customer satisfaction, through selling MediSkeds cutting:edge web based products and services to provider agencies in the human services space. The Account Representative is an individual that is in contact with provider agencies across Medicaid waiver populations nationally providing awareness and education regarding MediSked and facilitating meetings, communications, and product overview demonstrations. This is a sales position with requirements for technical skills and for travel as necessary. We are searching for creative and motivated individuals to join our team that can thrive in a tech business setting but also have a compassionate side that connects to our customers and culture.
The MediSked Sales and Marketing team is growing rapidly to be able to reach provider agencies across the US to help them improve quality of care, reduce costs, increase revenue and capacity, and perform better in the event of an audit. Experience in the home care and human service industry a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Overall accountability for meeting sales plan for revenue and new Customer targets within population targets
* Engage and develop provider agencies into customers through:
:End to end sales management
:Attending trade conferences and demonstrating MediSked product and service offering
:Managing prospective Customers through course of sales cycle via phone, email, webinar, and on:site visits
* Become subject matter experts on the MediSked products (including, but not limited to, MediSked Connect Agency Management Platform) and industry we serve
* Careful tracking of prospective Customers, communications, and key milestone dates and comments using SalesForce
* Drive end:to:end continuity of communications with potential Customer from initial contact through to signed agreements and implementation turnover, including:
:Complete provider agency profile documentation
:Conduct provider agency needs analysis to determine appropriate service level and return on investment value calculations
:Identify and present to key decision makers and staff at prospective customer sites or remotely
:Work with MediSked Premier Services Organization and Customer to define and deliver customer data sheet for the development of customized Scope of Work documents
:Strong knowledge of MediSked service offering to develop, negotiate, and deliver product/service quote to potential Customer to reach mutual agreement
:Work with MediSked Contracts team to obtain and deliver agreements to potential Customer
:Communicate Customer needs and details to
Implementation/Premier Services organization at time of turnover
:Participate and develop customer kick:off events with Premier Services
:Keep provider agencies informed, excited, and motivated about MediSkeds products and the Premier Knowledge Transfer process
* Identify potential issues, roadblocks, or enhancements to product or service offering and escalate to appropriate resources to satisfy market need
* Remain in excellent contact with MediSked Customers to drive revenue through offering new products and services, upgrades to existing product and services, and referrals to other provider agencies
* Work with MediSked Research and Compliance Organization to participate in MediSked Business Development Process, including:
:Being knowledgeable of programs, services, required documentation, billing interfaces, regulations that are relevant to prospective and existing Customers
:Augment internal database of provider agencies and contacts
* Other related duties as assigned
