Today we offer our customers solutions that feature a seamless blend of diverse technologies, ensuring optimal interfaces, along with flexible implementation and real synergy in innovation.  Job Title:        Product Manager  Job Location: 1025 John Street, West Henrietta, NY 14586 and various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. Job Type:       Full Time Duties: Contribute to the roadmap definition of the System/Product related to Alstom’s signaling solutions and train control products; propose the System/Product specifications aligned with solution needs and requirements, ensure safety and quality, application competitiveness, customer orientation and innovation; control and execute timely all developments (performances, planning/delivery, cost, risks, and savings) and in compliance with the approved QCD commitments; responsible for all the gate reviews, coordinate all the program work packages to meet overall QCD commitments; ensure that the System/Product is easily deployable by projects and supported by a comprehensive and efficient set of standard tools, procedures, training material and documentation (deployment kit); optimize and measure System/Product performances; drive and make decisions for issues that affect performance, with validation from Solution Director for any modification that affects deployment cost, planning, and performances of the System/Product; and maintain responsibility for R&D Programs related to the System/Product.   Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include: experience in product development in Interlocking and Track Circuit products; experience with designing, developing, testing/QA, and implementing transportation signaling products or systems; QA/Testing of signaling products; experience with Manufacturing Applications; and experience with Object Oriented Technologies including Interlocking, track circuit, hardware and software; and product management experience for interlocking and train control products or systems. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
