The Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA) is a national non:profit organization that transforms middle and high school students into real, confident entrepreneurs. The hands:on class operates as an in:school and after:school program for students ages 11:18. As part of the program, students generate business ideas, conduct market research, write business plans, pitch to a panel of investors, and launch their very own, real, companies. Headquartered in Rochester, NY, today, the Academy serves students in hundreds of communities across the country.
As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for proactively supporting, serving and directing the successful achievement of milestones and goals, as well as coordinating Chapter activities and projects on a National level. Our organization is seeking someone who is both outgoing and organized::a friendly, cheerful, quick:thinking, high:energy, empathetic, driven, positive, self:starter team player who can hit the ground running in a fast:paced, fun and demanding start:up environment, and learn quickly.
The ideal candidate is someone who is excited about purposeful work and loves our organizations mission. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, have a strong desire to be helpful, and have administrative skills, customer support, sales or marketing experience and a passion for supporting our students and chapters achieve their goals
As a Client Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to provide impeccable client support and signature customer service.
:Providing high level client support and signature service in a consultative approach
:Coordinating project tasks for several projects simultaneously
:Working together with clients and directly:
:Communicating with parents, students, and the business community
:Securing top business leaders as guest speakers
:Recruiting CEOs as sponsors and business plan judges
:Organizing fun, exciting, field trip locations
:Securing donors and sponsors
:Engaging with and securing media in multiple media markets
:Maintaining electronic client records, and electronic client project status records, dashboards, metrics, and Chapter information and records
:Representing the brand as an ambassador for YEA
:Supporting our local partner communities across America
Experience and Strengths:
:4:6 years of administrative experience, communications, client support, management and service success, project coordination, and operations, and demonstrated success managing high volumes of information required
:Client facing success and experience required
:Proven success in managing projects, people, deadlines and budgets
:Experience in volunteer recruitment, event coordination preferred
:Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, Business Administration, or English, Education or Psychology preferred
:Marketing, fundraising, publicity, promotion, events and sales experience
