Job Details Position Summary: Works with managers, Learning and Development staff, vendors and key stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and deploy training programs in the Riedman Training Center. Provides the Learning and Development (L) team with the necessary logistics, environment, and data to be successful. Independently negotiates with vendor supplying for events. Oversees the logistics of events in the training center to ensure needs are met. The right candidate believes in the importance of customer service and treating customers with respect. Key Responsibilities: Independently negotiates and contracts with vendors to supply catering and other materials, ensuring that needs of customer are met and obtained within budget. Serves as primary point of contact to L Team and managers to plan, coordinate, and deploy events in the Riedman Training Center. Completes supply and demand planning for Care Connect and L trainers to ensure RRH training needs are met. Communicates with various audiences regarding the learning event details, pre:work assignments, material printing, language translations, schedule and/or course changes, and reminders about upcoming sessions. Partners with 3rd party training vendors to manage Master Service Agreement contracts for internal training events and coordinates events with stakeholders throughout the system Partners with event vendors (Rochester Convention Center) to manage the contracts and event logistics for offsite leadership meetings and events Partners with L and Care Connect Training managers in developing and maintaining the master training schedule. Establishes and maintains relationships with external training suppliers, contractors and other vendors. Manages all invoicing for external training suppliers, contractors and other vendors. Manages courses and learners; including registrations, generating course rosters, managing withdrawals and waitlists, and creating reports. Oversees and coordinates logistics for training events including venues, equipment, catering, and working AV equipment ordering/preparing printed materials specific to each training session to ensure all participants have requisite materials prior to event. Manages and maintains in:house training facilities and equipment. Manages the Continuing Medical Education and Continuing Nursing Education process, requirements, and documentation in partnership with the Clinical Education Team. Partners with MSO and physician recruitment to successfully onboard all employed providers. Supports the LMS administration including but not limited to course creation, reporting, student groups and enrollment. Assists in the coordination and delivery of New Employee Orientation and on:boarding programs. Assists in the coordination and delivery of L educational programs. Assists in the coordination and delivery of ongoing Care Connect courses for new employees. Partners with stakeholders from around the system to facilitate appropriate use of Riedman Training Center and provide logistical support. Participates in developing Standard Operating Procedures to ensure standardization and efficiency across functions and programs. Manages and maintains Remedy support queue as it relates to enrollment functions for new hires and Training Center Requests. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree strongly preferred in business management, learning and development, life sciences, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered. 1 to 3 years of project or event management preferred.
