Radnet Management, Inc., the US leader in fixed site diagnostic imaging services, is expanding our Human Resources function in the Rochester, NY region. Come join our HR department as a Senior HR Generalist. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for administering Human Resources policies and programs, balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs, and working to promote equity and positive employee relations while ensuring compliance with local, state and federal employment laws. In this full:time career opportunity you will be the HR business partner for the management team in Rochester, NY and Plano, TX in support of two reimbursement operations locations. You may also provide occasional support to other company locations in the Northeast as needed. In this role the successful candidate will provide comprehensive Human Resources support directly and indirectly to our National Reimbursement Operations department in the following areas:
* Recruitment and retention of critical talent
* Continuous performance coaching and management
* Management and team member training
* Pro:active issue/problem identification and resolution
* Coaching and development for more effective leadership decision and communication skills for management and team members
The successful candidate will be expected to understand and support the accomplishment of business priorities of our Reimbursement Operations group; building effective collaborative relationships with our Reimbursement Operations leadership in Rochester, NY and Plano, TX in coordination with local Human Resources and broader national Human Resources objectives and initiatives. They will facilitate the optimization of best practices and promote consistent decision making to achieve organizational effectiveness. You will be expected to be involved in and assist in resolution of complex Human Resource related issues with close support from senior Human Resources leadership in the Northeast and California while still displaying the ability to work independently and with minimal guidance.
* Maintains professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities. Keeps abreast of existing and new employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
* Works closely with local recruiters and Reimbursement Operations management team to source, screen, interview, onboard and assess new team members.
* Applies fundamental business and human resource concepts to establish and maintain effective work relationships with associates and managers. Proactively counsels associates and managers on various human resource issues, assisting in resolving personnel:related problems.
* Reviews and processes any HRIS driven data changes including salary changes, pay adjustments or data input. Ensures that all necessary information is received, approved, entered into HRIS, and forwarded to Payroll.
* Maintains paper and electronic personnel records in accordance to company practices and federal regulations ensuring the effective recording, maintenance and reporting of personnel:related information. Handles information in a confidential manner.
* Provide guidance to management and employees on Human Resources issues, employment law
* Generate solutions and implements with input from more senior HR teammates
* Anticipate and plan for long:term Human Resource needs and trends in partnership with business management
* Assure company policies are administered fairly and consistently throughout the area of responsibility
* Perform advanced employee relations functions including
* support and counseling regarding personnel and job related conflicts
* problem solving and dispute resolution
* managing employee performance issues
* review and assessment of termination requests; conduct exit interviews
