Minimum Qualifications BachelorA?s Degree and or relevant experience preferably in human resources or business administration. Five to seven years experience in human resources. Experience with employment process, employee recognition programs, and performance appraisal systems. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
