Minimum Qualifications BachelorA?s degree or equivalent combination of education or experience. Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible experience in equal opportunity or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Desired Qualifications Experience investigating and resolving complaints alleging discrimination or harassment, including sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, sexual assault or sexual violence, and knowledge of pertinent issues in a university environment.
