Interventional Radiologist University of Rochester The Department of Imaging at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY, is actively seeking an ABR certified/eligible Interventional Radiologist for a full-time faculty position. Recognized as a world leader in radiological testing, education, and research, the Department of Imaging at the University of Rochester is at the forefront of diagnostic and therapeutic imaging technologies and is equipped with state-of-the-art IT and capture equipment. URMC comprises a 800 bed teaching hospital with a long history of exceptional patient care as well as several satellite community hospitals. The Vascular Interventional section currently employs 7 full time vascular interventional radiologists, three physician assistants, one NP and has approval for 2 ACGME residents. Diagnostic imaging and interventional equipment are state-of-the-art, and the section is staffed with excellent ancillary personnel. The selected candidate should possess expertise in Interventional Radiology and have completed a fellowship. Compensation and benefit packages are highly competitive.
