## Description Bryant & Stratton College is seeking adjunct instructors for its Computer Networking & Security courses. These positions are part-time and an excellent supplemental job for professionals in the IT or computer industries. The role of instructor at Bryant & Stratton College supports the mission of the College by facilitating active learning in the classroom through alternative delivery methodologies. Each instructor maintains contemporary knowledge and skills in the appropriate discipline to support effective instruction. The instructor participates in departmental and campus wide activities to support the needs of students and campus team. * Engage students within classroom setting and provide quality classroom delivery. * Provide instruction during classes assigned on a weekly basis. * Maintain one Skills Assistance contact hour per week for every five hours of assigned instruction. ## Requirements A Master's degree in IT, Computer Science or another Computer Technology degree are REQUIRED for our accreditation. Our Networking 150 class requires a certificate in MCSA or CCNA--or a willingness to achieve those certificates wthin 1 calendar year of hire. Out Networking 200 class requires the same type of Master's Degree and MCSA certification. All instructors must possess and exhibit qualities of professionalism, integrity, self-esteem, self-motivation, and a strong desire to guide students to improve their academic performance and career prospects. All instructors are responsible for establishing and maintaining a classroom climate consistent with the College values.
