Exhibit skill in customer relationship development DUTIES: Answer phones/emails, be point of contact for field sales reps and customers Process quotes, orders submitted by field sales reps and customers Track orders, keep field sales reps and customers informed of order cycle Communicate with other departments to ensure proper flow of orders and quotes Correspond with customers EXPERIENCE: 4-5 years of customer service experience.
