Kodak is Hiring! We are looking for Parts Expediter to join our Service team in Rochester, NY. In this Customer Service position, you will Expedite Service Parts for Kodak Business Units. Requires interfacing with internal and external suppliers via telephone, e-mail, and/or faxing to fill critical order requirements from Kodak Field Engineers, Kodak International Sites, or Kodak Customers. At this stage of our comeback, Kodak is truly a place where you can make a difference.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and react to a work queue that contains critical Service Part orders for Customers on service contract or in critical customer need situationsFind part source/supplier and process orders, arrange shipping if necessary, track shipments, resolve orders to completionCommunicate with source of supply or Kodak customers, or both, as neededFollow up on various inquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal-to-Kodak organizationsMulti-tasking ? multiple situations at a time, finding creative solutions.Required Skills/Critical Competencies:High School diploma or equivalentExperience with Customer Service Operations (min 3 to 5 years)SAP ExperienceCRM (Kodak service system) helpful but can be trainedWord, Excel, Microsoft Outlook/SharepointKeyboarding SkillsFlexible with work hours when business conditions requireStrong verbal and written communication skillsAble to work in a FAST- paced environment, maintain composure under stress, and deal with difficult peopleANY CANDIDATE/APPLICANT REQUIRING SPONSORSHIP NOW OR IN THE FUTURE FOR EMPLOYMENT VISA STATUS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
