Ultra Electronics, Flightline Systems, a designer and producer of highly reliable electronic systems and subsystems for military and commercial applications is currently seeking a senior level Electrical Engineer with digital and analog circuit design, development, trouble-shooting and test experience. SUMMARY Design, develop, test and document embedded and test software. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Design, develop, test and documentation of embedded software. * Design, develop, test and documentation of test software. * Support hardware and software integration and system testing. * Support the development and maintenance of software schedules and estimates. TYPICAL TASKS * Design & Develop software (embedded C code) in accordance with DO-178C DAL D * Develop software test procedures * Software testing * Creation of software test reports QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. S.) from four-year College or university and two to five years embedded software development experience. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and vali ity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
