Job Title: Sales Supervisor : Medicaid Programs (National)

Job Description:

The Sales Supervisor : Medicaid Programs (National) is an outgoing, high energy, motivator and leader. The Sales Supervisor and this organization at MediSked are responsible for leading the effort to locate, develop, define, negotiate, and close business relationships. This organization works closely with Technology Operations, Compliance, Implementation, and Product Strategy and Design organizations to set strategy and deliver results in a scalable, maintainable, repeatable, and responsible manner. The successful candidate will possess a background in closing skills, drive for results, prospecting skills, sales planning, selling to client needs, cross:boundary collaboration, presentation skills, high energy level, meeting sales goals, and professionalism. This position reports to the President.
Primary Responsibilities:
Plan and check in to ensure that sales team commitments and targets are met
Identify and pursues opportunities for new contracts and markets where MediSked can earn revenue
Ensure quality benchmarks and achievements for self and sales team members product and industry expertise
Conduct surveys to follow up on sales team metrics
Assist sales team with calls, presentations, and communications with potential contacts
Assist marketing organization to analyze market potential, penetration, and metrics for brand recognition
Provide recommendations for product roadmap and product positioning and pricing
Motivate the teams to give their best and be passionate about the products MediSked is presently offering and building for the future
Be a critical thinker and problem solver while considering technical and business needs, requirements, and trade:offs
Calmly and objectively deal with challenges
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
o Serve as an advisor on both internal and client:facing projects to ensure consistency in product knowledge, best practices, and capture lessons learned
Establish an environment that promotes great teamwork and collaboration and effectively lead projects from specification, development, implementation, through support
Stay updated and research new industry product trends that will ensure MediSked is maintaining a strategically competitive edge in the marketplace
Provide leadership and management but also continue to be a hands on contributor with technology
Other responsibilities as assigned


Solid management experience that would include operational management and managing client:facing technical sales
Knowledge of Medicaid Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) for providers, oversight, and payers in various states and localities across the US
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate and influence internal teams and external clients
Proven ability to mentor and motivate teams
Must have a commitment to quality, customer service, and teamwork
Experience selling enterprise software solutions is required and experience in implementing clinical systems is a plus
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience with SalesForce or other CRM
Ability and passion to research and learn new technologies and stay on the cutting edge of technology
Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non:technical audiences
Ability to make informed decisions independently
Proven public speaking skills and ability to conduct remote meetings
Ability to succeed in a fast:paced, high intensity environment
Ability to travel nationwide, up to 40
Bachelors degree required
