Responsible for collecting and transmitting data gathered from designated retail stores primarily using a hand:held scanning device. Take direction from the Supervisor and other management individuals. Responsible for meeting defined standards of work volume, quality, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Maintain a positive relationship with employees and customers as a representative of CROSSMARK. Collects and transmits consumer product data gathered from assigned/selected UPCA?s on a weekly basis by:Researching and locating UPCA?s/products assignedScanning UPCA?s via hand:held deviceInputting product identification information into laptop Coding systemTransmitting collected data dailyPlans and organizes assigned work within CROSSMARK Retail Data/Coding Collection by reviewing:Store assignments/mapping workUtilizes resources for Coding UPCA?sAttends and Participates in Group Training Conference CallsReports assignments in a timely fashionTracks work and performanceNewslettersMeets CROSSMARK Retail Data Collection defined standards of work volume, quality, accuracy, cost containment, completeness, and timeliness by:Complying with travel and mileage standards established by Coder Data CollectionFollowing district management and CROSSMARK expectations on cost containmentCompleting assignments and transmitting data according to CROSSMARKA?s established procedures and schedulesSubmitting time card and expense information in accordance with CROSSMARKA?s established procedures and schedulesCommunicates effectively with district management and coworkers by:Communicating no less than weekly with district management regarding schedules/issuesAttend all Market, Team, and District Meetings, as necessaryAdvising district management of promotional activity changes within retail outletsNote: This job description does not imply that the above functions are the only tasks that may be performed. Specific Skills:Complete Causal/NSIC and PCT Skills Assessment Qualification Exercise within four (4) weeks of plete Audit Skills Assessment Qualification Exercise within eight (8) weeks of hire. must be able to read, write and have basic math skills.Good verbal and written communication skills.Good organizational skills.Attention to detail.Ability to work independently while following directions.Basic PC skills or willingness to learn PC skills.Must have reliable transportation.Must keep driverA?s license and insurance information current.Specialized Knowledge, License, etc.:Education and/or Experience : High school diploma or GED equivalent preferredPhysical Demands : While working in retail stores the associate will be required to sit, reach (overhead, under and arms:length), bend, climb, kneel stand, squat, walk on flat surface, lift up to 30 lbs., change position, and handle and carry a 2 lb. device.Working Conditions (environment in which the job is performed) : Retail stores, Convenience StoresLanguage Skills : English is the primary lang
