Reporting to the VP of Professional Services, the Managed Services Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing complex solutions designed by the Solutions Consultant in the CaterTrax Platform. This position is also responsible for providing Level 2 technical support.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs site Managed Services including website skin conversions and updates, changes to website images and URL s, decommissioning and archiving of designated sites, and publishing proprietary information to client sites. Configures the ePayment Gateway solutions on all CaterTrax sites. Creates and updates site custom reports and SQL statements using the proprietary report building tool. Completes Help Desk tickets received through the ticketing queue for those tickets elevated to Level 2 technical support. Provides mentorship to Level 1 support team members regarding troubleshooting techniques and best practices. Assigns help desk support tickets associated with software bugs to Level 3 support.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:EDUCATIONBachelor s Degree in Information Technology or related field preferredEXPERIENCEMinimum of 2 5 years of related worked experience Knowledge of CaterTrax products and services preferredSKILLS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTSDetail-oriented, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong project management skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong technical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently as well as within a team Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas with colleagues and clients at all levels.COMPUTER SKILLSIn-depth knowledge of all Internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, FireFox, Safari, Microsoft Edge) Working knowledge of HTML and CSS required Working knowledge of SQL statements preferred Basic Outlook skills as evidenced by creating and sending messages, working with address books, message handling, creating and using personal folders, scheduling appointments, working with meeting requests and managing tasks. Basic Microsoft Word skills as evidenced by the ability to produce basic business letters and simple tables and charts; as well as check spelling, set tabs, change page orientation, sort, save, open and organize electronic files. Basic Microsoft Excel skills as evidenced by the ability to use workbooks, create simple formulas, insert and delete data, create and edit charts, filter and sort lists, and format data.CaterTrax is an EEO
