Software Engineer Description POSITION SUMMARY: Kodak Alaris, Imaging-Consumer, is seeking a self-motivated, well-rounded Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will provide current product engineering software development support for Photo Kiosk Systems. REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide Current Product Software Development support for kiosk and dry mini-lab systems. * Work independently as well as participate in multifunctional project teams that work through triage, root cause analysis, solution definition, testing, justification, implementation and deployment of improvements as well as follow-up verification activities. * Manage incident reports for related work activities REQUIRED SKILLS AND/OR KNOWLEDGE SPECIFICATIONS: * Broad understanding of computer systems and related hardware integration * Experience in software debugging, troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills * Object-oriented programming experience * .NET Visual C# * Experience with Windows 7 and/or Windows 10 * Network experience * Must be highly self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, be able to multi-task effectively and prioritize project work. * Must be data driven and results oriented * Good verbal and written communication skills DESIRED KNOWLEDGE SPECIFICATIONS: * Visual C++ * Working knowledge of JIRA * Project Management * Knowledge of Agile methodologies * Experienced with photo kiosks * CMM Level 2 or higher experience EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE SPECIFICATIONS: * Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent degree * Entry Level Position 1-3 yrs experience Kodak Alaris is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
