Job Description This individual contributor role works closely with HR the Head of HR and the HRLT to prioritise and manage project execution. In the near term there are two significant projects which require managing. The implementation of a global HRIS system from the HR side. The simplification and standardization of key HR processes within HR operations globally. These two projects will have a high level of interdependence and the Project Manager will be driving this interface, in addition to interfacing with IT and other stakeholders.Core to this role is the ability to create and maintain project plans, ensuring collaboration across the project teams, effective stakeholder management skills and timely communication of project progress, risks and issues.Key Competencies: * A track record in planning, organising and implementing multiple projects from initiation to go live * Risk and Issue Management. * Agile Process Management * Application of industry-based project management methodologies and tools. * Knowledge of HR Operations and the employee life cycle. * Experience with systems and process analysis, design and deployment. * General business experience in global, mid-sized, matrixed organizations. * Ability to lead, influence, and support teams to structure, manage and coordinate complex cross-enterprise projects and processes with multiple stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, tracking progress and success against appropriate metrics. * Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with partners at all levels. * Works at a fast pace with a passion for continuous improvement. * Elevating and managing project risks and issues as appropriate, proactively work to resolution. * Ensuring that quality steps and processes are in place and that quality issues are addressed. * Orchestrating/facilitating prioritization and decision making for stakeholders and leadership.
