Based out of MediSkeds Rochester, NY office but sourcing positions for offices in Rochester, NY, Lewiston, NY, Silver Spring, MD, and Remote:US, the HR/Recruiter will identify, screen, and qualify candidates for a range of different positions within the technical and non:technical field. The HR/Recruiter is often the first point of contact for a candidate to represent the brand ethos and culture of MediSked, LLC. The HR/Recruiter will collaborate with internal organization managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs, and maintain a pipeline of the best talent both locally and nationally. It is imperative that this individual can attract candidates utilizing various sourcing methods like social media networks, job fairs, college recruiting, advertising, and employee referrals to uncover world class talent.
The ideal candidate will be positive, high:energy, and able to think both analytically and creatively, and have a background in recruiting for technical positions. They must share MediSkeds commitment to delivering cutting:edge, person:centered solutions for the human services industry.

Expected Competencies:
Industry and Company Expert: The ability to proactively understand the needs of MediSked and its role in the industry. This individual must have the ability to stand as a trusted advisor for individuals. They must understands real job needs at technical and results level. Lastly, they must possess the ability to tell the hiring managers what the current job market looks like, what the supply of talent is for a particular job in an area.
Uncovering world class talent : In todays job market there is a lot of competition to seek out the best talent. This Recruiter must be able to use creative and unique methods of sourcing the highest level of talent in our industry.
Branding Plans: Building MediSkeds corporate brand, ethos, along with your personal place as an influencer in this market. This includes utilizing and creating inciteful and robust sourcing and branding plans to attract all potential candidates.
Building Relationships: Must be an expert at building and maintaining relationships, through use of networking and other outreach initiatives.
Negotiation: The ability to set the tone to make the best candidate come to you, as opposed to the other way around.
Communication: As HR/Recruiter you will be expected to maintain a constant dialogue with hiring manager, as well as potential candidates, whether it be face:to:face, over the phone, or via email. You must remain tactful and gracious in your communications with others in order to maintain MediSkeds corporate image.

Primary Responsibilities
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Maintain an up:to:date understanding and knowledge of both technical and non:technical positions, including skills, knowledge, and abilities that are vital to these roles.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
