Documentum AdministratorDocumentum Administrator/ Specialist/ Analyst/Content Management Specialist is needed to work collaboratively within an IT organization to provide technical development/support/administration for regulated applications in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical, and/or clinical industry. The Documentum Analyst-Administrator will be required to work within a team comprised of regional quality, manufacturing site quality and R&D - IT and business professionals supporting the Documentum platform which is subject to regulation. The scope of the position includes reporting, analysis, configuration, development, trouble shooting and testing, production support for this application. The individual will also be required to work with vendors to install upgrades and configure the application and assist with resolving issues.Responsibilities for the Documentum Administrator/Analyst: Working with a team comprised of business and technical professionals, document requirements and strategies and convert them into measurable design input and output. Work closely with the customer base to develop and document requirements. Understand, design, configure, and test functionality within the Documentum/D2 platform.Analyze and troubleshoot issues that arise during development or testingWrite/update documentation in accordance with software validation life cycle procedures.Maintain support between Documentum and interfacing systems.Provide production support in response to service desk tickets in a timely manner.Maintain servers, implement Microsoft security patches, liaison with the infrastructure team regarding server upgrades or server performance.Provide technical knowledge and Documentum expertise to resolve technical issues and change requests.Provide clear and consistent communication to management with respect to status of assignmentsQualifications for the Documentum Administrator/Analyst: Education:Bachelor degree (required) in a technical discipline relevant to computers and programming. Documentum D2,Strong competency in DQLSpecial Skills:Ability to communicate effectively and interact at all levels from management to staff level. Ability to translate customer requirements into measurable design goals/input.Requirements for the Documentum Analyst:Minimum of 3 years of Documentum technical and DQL experience, demonstrated ability to configure Documentum components.Demonstrated knowledge of restarting services and servers and interpreting error logs during Documentum service interruptions.Experience in opening and completing technical tickets with vendor.Experience in a Life Sciences environment such as clinical, pharmaceutical, medical, and/or healthcare industry is a plus."Employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position."Please apply online or email [Click Here to Email Your Resume].
