A successful Director of Infrastructure Technology candidate will bring deep system and networking expertise, strong business acumen and judgment, ability to hire and lead a team, and ability to work within a fast moving, startup environment to rapidly deliver technology infrastructure and solutions that have a broad business impact. As the Director of Infrastructure Technology, you will be accountable for proposing and implementing internal IT solutions to help support our business. You will champion change and effectively manage implementation of new ideas. You reinforce a team approach, soliciting input from team members at all levels within the organization. You learn quickly and work independently. You will build excellent working relationships with all stakeholders both internal and external to the company. You will have an uncanny ability to identify interdependencies, manage risk, and find creative solutions to complex problems. Primary Responsibilities Mentoring Infrastructure Technology staff, complete hands-on technical work as necessary and provide leadership on complex technical issues Oversees the management of help desk activities and resolves escalated issues if necessary Participates in and implements an incident response process, including internal communications with impacted stakeholders and executive leadership team Plans and implements additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure company-wide in coordination with executive leadership Oversees the implementation of network security across all technology solutions in use Anticipates future network needs, identifies proactive solutions to satisfy needs Oversees the planning and management of the company's telephone system and manages company-wide upgrade efforts Participates in security audits, risk analysis and business continuity planning Creating and presenting business cases and ROI statements Obtaining commitment to solutions by stakeholders Helps establish and build relationships with vendors in conjunction with executive leadership Holds responsibility for capacity planning and scheduling vendor negotiations related to IT Oversees all IT-related purchasing and operating budgets Ensures new operations plans, policies, procedures, and transition/migration plans are consistent with overall company goals and objectives Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information company-wide Maintains a current understanding of industry and technology trends Other duties as assigned Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant degree preferred; relevant work experience and technical certifications will be considered on a case by case basis Minimum of 7+ years relevant system and network experience supporting internal resources Minimum of 7 years proven track record of successful technology deployment experience Minimum of 3-5 years leading and managing an Infrastructure Technology team Well-honed communication skills, evidenced by successful executive level interactions and presentation experience Proven track record of bringing people together to meet common goals, evidenced by facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills Successful management of multiple high priority infrastructure technology projects simultaneously Demonstrated ability to work in an ever-changing environment Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity Prior experience producing operational efficiencies and/or process improvements EagleView(R) offers competitive pay and robust benefit plans along with the opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, fun and casual environment.
