We have a couple great Companies looking for Customer Service/accounts payable/quick books/Receptionist there are full time and part time positions. Please send your resume. Principal Responsibilities: Working closely with customers in regards to order entry, generating invoices, credits, debits, and general questions relating to the customer orders and billing.Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.Computer skillsSet up travel arrangementsReception duties.Many other functions relating to customer serviceMaintains customer records by updating account information.Able to keep area clean and organized Need Dependable transportation The ideal candidate will possess strong competency in the following areas:Data entryMicrosoft Office (Word/Excel) experience.Customer Service experience in manufacturing environment.Must have exceptional organizational skillsAbility to deal professionally in all situationsStrong problem solving Excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with customers and all cross-functional areas.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Works effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems. Cross training will be required.Ability to sit at a computer monitor and keyboard for an extended period of time.Good verbal and written communication skills including telephone skills and email communications.Strong customer service skills with the commitment to meet or exceed customer requirements and deadlines.Having a continuous quality improvement mindset.Must feel comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment Requires at least 1 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative role in a manufacturing/customer service office environment.
