It is our client's belief that their customer service representatives and clerks serve as the front line for information and connecting people to public programs accurately and efficiently.In this role, your responsibilities will include: Verifying information from scanned images is entered correctly and in a timely manner, making any necessary changes Maintaining an understanding of the Enrollment and Eligibility processes and policies, as well as up-to-date knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures. Undertaking any special projects as assigned, and will be responsible for providing the management with consistent information from each project phase. Identifying risks and escalating any issues to management Performing other duties as assigned.Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
