Represents WB Mason Company, Inc. in a positive manner while speaking with customers and co-workers, processing orders and responding to customer needs or requests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answers a€oeloopa€ calls Follow-through with all matters related to loop calls ie: pick-ups, research, etc Interacts with Sales Representatives Interacts directly with a specific group of customers Data entry of orders received via a€oeloopa€ calls, fax, e-mail or Sales Representatives Communicates with Drivers to track delivery information as needed Present and maintain a positive attitude at all times with customers and co-workers All other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Exceptional customer service skills Outstanding communication skills with an ability to converse, read and write in English Must be organized and able to manage multiple priorities Fast and accurate data entry Enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume environment Requirements Minimum Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
