Administrative Assistant Position Summary: The Internal Audit and WW Corporate Security teams have a position available for an Administrative Assistant supporting the Chief Compliance Officer (?CCO?) and Director, Internal Audit and members of Internal Audit and Security Teams. Key Responsibilities: Provides administrative assistance to support the CCO in daily work, ie, follows-up on deadlines and insures information is available, communicates with people inside and outside the company, researches, gathers and manages information, completes special projects and assignments, etc This position also provides traditional administrative responsibilities, such as calendaring, meeting management, use of a variety of electronic systems and all tasks associated with supporting the Internal Audit and Corporate Security Teams.Position includes interaction with Finance senior management and their staff(s), management and administrative support in Kodak?s business units, Information Security and Legal; also, working with external organizations, eg PwC, audit firms, professional organizations and others.Manage department purchasing activities through a variety of methods, (P-Card, IT Ordering, EK Buyline, etc?) to ensure purchases follow company processes, are aligned with department and business needs, are within budget, and are cost effective.The position involves access to highly confidential materials and will require the utmost level of professionalism, trust and confidentiality in understanding the nature of the materials and their appropriate handling.Position requires flexibility in the face of changing priorities, interruptions, and deadlines. Possesses the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently, and set priorities across a wide spectrum of responsibilities while remaining composed and highly efficient in organizing and completing workload.Project-based work will include:general administrative support of contract auditors and interns;support of the Audit Team in executing on cost recovery efforts; andsupport to the Security Team for overall management of the billing process for Kodak?s external security vendor, including, invoicing, accruals, tracking POs, etc. Required Knowledge/Skills & Experience:Possess excellent verbal/written communication skillsSignificant experience/knowledge with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPointAbility to work independently as well as with othersAbility to treat highly sensitive information respectfullyCooperative, flexible, supportive, energetic, helpful, positive ?can do attitude?A strong work ethic, strong interpersonal skills; self-starter Key Imperatives/Competencies:Teamwork.
