Position open immediately! Hours are approximately: 2PM -10 PM MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY. Start time may vary by one hour. End time may be extended on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Overtime paid at time and 1/2. Please only apply if you are able to work this schedule. We look forward to hearing from you! Compensation based on skills and experience. Responsibilities: 1. Receive customer inquiries, orders, complaints via telephone, facsimile, email, mail, or walk-in 2. Process customer information, including invoicing, as quickly and accurately as possible to enhance the company's image with the customer. 3. Write up customer orders in accordance with standard price list or specific customer price levels. 4. Utilize and refer to the computer system on a regular basis. 5. Provide customer service by applying knowledge of all available products and services. 6. Operate standard office equipment, including the computer, facsimile machine, telephone, calculator/adding machine, and copy machine. 7. Maintain and update customer, vendor, accounts receivable, and accounts payable files and records as necessary. 8. Expedite customer orders by contacting Warehouse Manager as needed. 9. Report invoice or product questions as well as customer complaints to management as appropriate, including the processing of credits. 10. Provide assistance to drivers on the road as appropriate. 11. Check in drivers & receivables upon return from delivery run. 12. Produce weekly reports as assigned. 13. Work with sales representatives for processing of customer orders. 14. Schedule appointments for customers and vendors if needed. 15. Maintain and record transactions in register if assigned. 16. Keep up to date pricing records for all products, alerting Management of any discrepancies. 17. Train new Administrative Assistants as requested by management. 18. Perform other related duties as assigned, especially those duties related to the Administrative Receiver and Accounts Receivable Administrator positions. Skills: . Oral Communication Skills .
