TBD: Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.
This position is accountable for servicing members within operational and service level guidelines while achieving qualified team referral goals. This position will primarily focus on the more basic transactions as the entry level Contact Center role.
Employees in this position are developed as the Contact Center talent pool to fill Tele-Banker II positions.
Achieve qualified team referral goals
Participate in efforts to achieve service performance levels
Meet call volume and availability targets to support service level goals.
Achieve operational goals and expectations
Service members calling for basic account and transaction information
Educate members as to alternative self service channels
Transaction processing to meet audit, compliance and operational controls
Adhere to member focus processes and expectations
Participate in coaching processes to improve proficiency in Member Focus behaviors
Attend team meetings, participate in member focus activities to increase success of achievement of team referral goals
Use Member Focus skills and behaviors to improve Internal and external Customer Satisfaction
Demonstrate Core values
Support ESL common purpose
High school diploma or High school equivalency diploma required
Comfortable working with computers using word processing, spreadsheet software and a variety of applications in a windows environment
Good verbal and written communications skills
People and team oriented
Prior customer service experience
Ability to identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships preferred
Maintains a high degree of flexibility in support of Contact Center needs
Prior banking experience preferred
Capable of advancing to Tele-Banker II position, as it becomes available, within one year of employment
