At MKM Integrated Marketing we work with fortune 500 clients in the Rochester area. We need to continue to meet the already established goals we have, so we are looking for individuals who can integrate into our sales team. Individuals would not only help us to meet these goals but to also help us grow and expand. Individuals must be comfortable with one on one sales interaction with customers.
The Retail Sales Account Manager would be responsible for direct marketing, new client acquisition, business development, customer retention, and direct sales. They would be expected to be present at any sales meetings, with a positive attitude and aptitude for learning. This position entails a lot of self: and shy;management and not micro and shy;managed.
This is a competitive position, sales contests are occurring monthly. This is competitive on an individual levels as well as team, which is why weve found that people with a background of professional, semi and shy;professional, and collegiate sports exceed expectations and meet their goals and beyond.
New Business Acquisition and Business Development
* Promote and sell services face to face directly with the consumer
* Meet designated sales targets and generate revenue
* Respond to customer needs and requirements with the appropriate action
* Monitor and review customer sales activity and make adjustments to process and strategies
Paid Training
* Classroom and field training
* Training will include sales model as well as product and process training
* Ongoing training consists of new and continued product training
We do not require experience since we do train and develop all internally, but previous experience is a plus. We need an individual who is professional, self motivated, driven to succeed, has the ability to work with little or no management, possess common sense, and willingness to learn.
