Deployment of AT / PL QMS on site:
: To Coordinate Alstom Transport and Product Line processes and method and tools local deployment, together with local "Quality métiers" functions
: To Monitor processes implementation and integration on his site.
: To Provide local teams with effective support (training, day:to:day coaching,...) as for process application
: To Ensure Quality Management System documentation is properly managed, updated, communicated
: To Keep informed the site management team about the status of processes deployment / implementation / results
Compliance of site QMS
: To Ensure site QMS conformance with AT and PL QMS, Customer standards and ISO9001/IRIS requirements/CMMI/ECM...
: To Enhance the assessment of QMS effectiveness through Internal audit organization
: To Issue yearly internal audit planning (including workstation audits) and monitors/controls its achievement
: To Prepare, follow, and analyze QMS assessments achieved by certification bodies and main customers
: To Communicate about QMS improvement actions, through Quality network (site "Quality métiers" functions)
: To Ensure Problem Solving Tool action plan management, following findings list issued after system audits
: To ensure organization and consolidation results of Process Reviews, and site Quality Management Review
: Effective organisation of internal and external audits and management of action plans resulting from them (actual progress consistent with closing deadlines)
Will be assigned 50 on Project QUALITY MANAGEMENT duties described below:
Participate in key project milestones to assure QCD achievement.Includes all Team Meetings, Design Reviews, Delivery reviews, Gate Reviews, Project Reviews and Risk Management sessions as maybe required to support the field modifications for the project..
Measure and control CONQ for the assigned projects.Assist PM in leading CONQ reduction via root cause analysis and continuous improvement methods.
Provide project audit (inspections) function for both processes and work results, launching corrective action plans for non:conformances via NCR system.
Participate in Top 10 customer issues process and manage root cause analysis and subsequent solutions via NCR system.
Maintain and display the Project Quality Dashboard for assigned projects, with target of full transparency for Quality status.
Develop and maintain the processes that support optimized Project Quality Management.
Plan quality activities during the initiation of the project and in parallel with the Project Management Plan.
Create and oversee implementation of Project Quality Assurance Plans as applicable.
Complete Quality:related contract deliverables as applicable.
Review and verifyTechnical safety assessment and Safety Case approval process for the Project Safety Case (when no external Independent Safety Assessor is employed)
Use metrics to drive continuous improvement of QCD parameters using QRQC methodologies.
Assure that scope changes do not negatively impact quality, safety, total cost and delivery.
BSc degree Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Management background depending of the size of the project)
