Participate in key project milestones to assure QCD achievement.Includes all Team Meetings, Design Reviews, Delivery reviews, Gate Reviews, Project Reviews and Risk Management sessions as maybe required to support the field modifications for the project..
Measure and control CONQ for the assigned projects.Assist PM in leading CONQ reduction via root cause analysis and continuous improvement methods.
Provide project audit (inspections) function for both processes and work results, launching corrective action plans for non:conformances via NCR system.
Participate in Top 10 customer issues process and manage root cause analysis and subsequent solutions via NCR system.
Maintain and display the Project Quality Dashboard for assigned projects, with target of full transparency for Quality status.
Develop and maintain the processes that support optimized Project Quality Management.
Plan quality activities during the initiation of the project and in parallel with the Project Management Plan.
Create and oversee implementation of Project Quality Assurance Plans as applicable.
Complete Quality:related contract deliverables as applicable.
Review and verifyTechnical safety assessment and Safety Case approval process for the Project Safety Case (when no external Independent Safety Assessor is employed)
Use metrics to drive continuous improvement of QCD parameters using QRQC methodologies.
Assure that scope changes do not negatively impact quality, safety, total cost and delivery.
BSc degree Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Management background depending of the size of the project)
Experience (Essential Functions)
15 years in Quality assurance process management.
TIS tools (Gesdoc, PST, PRISMA) preferred
Project Management experience desirable.
