The CFO coordinates all day-to-day non-programmatic operations of the agency, directly overseeing all Departments responsible for delivering financial or support services.

Coordinate and supervise operation of Departments reporting to the position
Coordinate fiscal corporate compliance with Quality Assurance Director
Coordinate Risk Management activities
Prepare agency budget and ensure maintenance of general ledger
Oversee billing and grant vouchering
Serve as liaison to Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI), County of Monroe Office of Mental Health and Department of Human and Health Services and New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services regarding financial matters
Staff Board Audit & Finance Committee
Must abide by and comply with all aspects of Huther Doyle’s Compliance Program
Other duties as assigned by the President/CEO

A minimum of three years’ experience in supervision/management positions is required. Knowledge of budgeting and accounting is necessary; experience in the not-for-profit sector would be preferred. The successful candidate must have experience in budgeting and office management. The position requires a degree in accounting; status as a certified public accountant is preferred. The successful candidate must have a commitment to working as part of a multi-cultural staff to provide culturally appropriate services to a widely diverse client population. Must have a valid New York State driver’s license and a vehicle.
